Introduction

• It has been decided by the Examination Committee that – Alankar Pratham & Poorna exams will be conducted in Online ( for theory ) and Offline ( for practical ) Mode at 1186 – IOEC centre ( Vashi, Navi Mumbai ) wef. Nov/Dec.2023 Session.

Exam Center :-

• Overseas students appearing for Alankar Pratham / Poorna exams will submit Online exam form – through Option B – 1186 IOEC center ( Vashi, Navi Mumbai )

• Students will take printout of exam form , affix their own signature and obtain the signature of teacher along with teacher registration number.

• Thereafter student will submit this exam form – by email – to 1186 IOEC center at email id – [email protected]

Exam Fees :-

• Exam Fees for Regular Alankar Pratham and Poorna students will be $ 200 US Dollars ( approximately Rs.16,400/ ). Fees can be transferred online directly in our Vashi Bank Account.

Theory Exam :-

• Theory Exam of Overseas Alankar Students will be conducted in ONLINE mode in the month of November.

• Students must have necessary infrastructure for giving Online theory exam such as – Computer / Laptop, Strong Internet Connection, Scanner , Printer , Mobile Smart Phone along with Zoom app.

Practical Exam :-

• Practical exam of overseas Alankar students will be conducted in OFFLINE mode at 1186 IOEC center.

• Student will have to remain physically present at 1186 IOEC center ( Vashi, Navi Mumbai ).

• Exam dates will be announced in the month of October / November.

• Students must remain in touch with 1186 IOEC center and obtain necessary updates about the theory and practical exam time table.
